Player Agreement

This Agreement, referred to as the "Player Agreement," establishes a formal understanding between [Player's Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Player") and East Bay FC (referred to as the "Club"). By endorsing this Agreement, the Player and their family demonstrate their acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions delineated herein:

 

Commitment to Training and Game Schedule:

• The Player pledges to adhere diligently to the training and game schedule set forth by East Bay FC.

• In scenarios where the Player finds themselves unable to attend a training session or game, they undertake to notify the coach in advance, alongside their family.

Exclusive Commitment to the Club:

• Throughout the duration of this Agreement, the Player and their family commit to refraining from participating in any soccer-related activities with other clubs without securing prior authorization from the Coach or Club.

Respect for Coaches and Referees:

• The Player and their family affirm their commitment to respecting the judgments rendered by East Bay FC's coaches and referees during both training sessions and matches.

• In instances where disagreements arise concerning decisions made by coaches or referees, they pledge to address such concerns in a manner that is both respectful and conducive to constructive dialogue.

Model Respectful Behavior:

• The Player and their family undertake to exemplify an attitude characterized by respect and courtesy in all interactions within the East Bay FC soccer community, including interactions with coaches, teammates, adversaries, and spectators.

• They acknowledge that any conduct deemed disrespectful may prompt disciplinary action by the Club.

Duration and Termination:

• This Agreement remains in effect for the entirety of the Player's tenure with East Bay FC
